Plans for the dissemination, exploitation & communication of project results

The main output of this deliverable is the development, of Dissemination, Exploitation and Communication Plans in order to achieve a high level of visibility of the project outcomes.

Report on LCA and LCC inventory data for the use cases

Definition of the systems boundaries for the environmental assessment and Life Cycle Costing and the gathering of the primary & secondary Data inventory for the demonstrated solutions, selected as a reference, for subsequent evaluation in terms of environmental impact

Report on Collaboration with Other Projects

The aim of this deliverable is to facilitate participation in technical workshops, and conferences organised by the EC and other innovation actions and co-ordination and support actions. This will include workshops on policy relevant issues such as regulatory frameworks, business models and obstacles to Smart Grid innovation. It will focus on collaboration with other projects funded under the same call (H2020 LCE-2-2016) and the co-ordination and support actions funded under LCE-3 2016. Due to related DR projects funded by the Executive Agency for SMEs (EASME) this task will also involve contributing upon invitation by the EASME, to common information (like reporting on impact indicators) and dissemination activities to increase synergies between and the visibility of, H2020 and EC supported actions.

inteGRIDy Architecture & Functional/Technical Specifications

This deliverable will be based upon Stakeholders and Market Needs (D1.1) and on use case scenarios (D1.3), and will focus on the overall architecture of the inteGRIDy Framework and on deriving the specifications on the integration of existing tools brought by the consortium partners in order to form the inteGRIDy framework.

Current standards & interoperability issues applicable to the inteGRIDy pilot cases

A review compliance in each of the pilot use cases to the current standards, national & EU regulatory developments. Considering interoperability between metering, system operators and other participants in the electricity system and the empowerment customers. The analysis conducted will consider IEC, CEN-CENELEC-ETSI standards and EU Directives and Recommendations (such as 2012/148/EU) and the findings of the European Smart Grid Task Force.

Smart Electricity Distribution Networks: Legal, Regulatory & Market Design Issues at inteGRIDy pilot cases

Analysis of the legal, regulatory and market design issues in each of the countries in which the inteGRIDy solution is to be piloted. This analysis will include an assessment of how the legal regulatory and market context in each of the pilot countries impact on the following technical and commercial arrangements required for Smart distribution networks

inteGRIDy Global Evaluation Metrics and KPIs

Based on the requirements elicitated in T1.2 and use-case scenarios defined in T1.3, this deliverable will define a global framework for the inteGRIDy evaluation and impact assessment in technical, economic, environmental and social terms. A global bundle of KPIs and metrics will be defined, which will be further instantiated and aligned to the different pilot cases of the project in Task 8.1, to properly address specificities of each pilot case, but also retain a uniform (and comparative) evaluation of the project results. Use-case specific KPIs will be also introduced to address unique characteristics, e.g. response failures in DR dispatch signals or effectiveness of inteGRIDy forecasts and optimizations

D10.14 Data Management Plan (1st reporting period)

Update of the project Data Management Plan coinciding with the first periodic report.

D10.15 Data Management Plan (2nd reporting period)

Update of the project Data Management Plan coinciding with the Second periodic report.
