Deliverables Documents, reports (23) Report on FIWARE Global Engagement and Promotion v1 This deliverable reports the results and outcomes of the engagement and promotion activities. An intermediate version will be released at M12, reporting on the activities from Year 1 of the project, and will be used to revise D2.1 and issue D2.1 version 2. A final version will be released at the end of the project. Revised Project Work Plan v2 This deliverable will be the revision of the project work plan to take into account the initial (v1) and interim (v1) coordination and alignment with the other relevant FIWARE-related projects and initiatives. Report on FIWARE Global Education Community building v1 This deliverable will report the main efforts and achievements around the FIWARE Global Education Community, assessing the outcomes and main impact after each period evaluated. Additionally, the final version (v2) will provide a set of recommendations for the FIWARE Foundation to mobilize the academic community around FIWARE in a stronger and long-lasting manner. Report on FIWARE Global Industry Community building v1 This deliverable will summarize all industry engagement activities. The deliverable will include the details of collaborations triggered within FI-GLOBAL in respect to the vertical priority sectors, as well as feedback coming from engaged stakeholders. An intermediate version will be released at M12, will be used to revise D2.1 and issue D2.1 version 2). A version 2 will be released at the end of the project. FIWARE Global Engagement and Promotion Strategy v2 This deliverable refines and provides more details on the global engagement and promotion strategy. It will include functional and non-functional requirements regarding the Global FIWARE Innovation Ecosystems and user involvement in crowd-sourcing activities, as well as the FIWARE based solution co-creation and innovation approach. An initial version will be issued at M3 (v1) and will be revised at M13 to take into account the results of Year 1 and refine the plan and priorities for Year 2. FI-GLOBAL/ FIWARE Mundus Report on Impact and Exploitation v2 This deliverable will report on the activities and outcomes from the project in terms of impact and exploitation. It will also describe the liaisons established with the local ecosystems in particular at policy level and also with other relevant initiatives that could contribute to the success of FIWARE in these countries. It will include guidelines and recommendations for similar deployment initiatives. FIWARE Global Piloting Programme Report v2 This document will report on the main activities, outcomes and impacts achieved in the 3 pilots for each phase (version 1 assessing pilots for Year 1, and version 2 for Year 2). Additionally, version 1 will introduce the priority vertical sectors to target in Year 2, describing those communities to be engaged. FI-GLOBAL/ FIWARE Mundus Impact & Exploitation Plan v2 This deliverable will provide for each industrial partner with the exploitation plan in the targeted countries including the potential business models that ensure sustainability of FIWARE node with regards to the local environment, taking into account the progress on the pilot execution activities during Year 1 and Year 2. The deliverable will be released in two versions: the first version at the beginning of the global pilots, and the second version at the end of the project, that will include all the corrections and improvements identified during the pilots’ execution. Project Periodic Report The Project Periodic Report will include periodic activity reports and periodic management reports from the first phase of the project (Year 1).
