Deliverables

Initial version of Dissemination and Exploitation Toolkit (opens in new window)

The initial Dissemination and Exploitation Toolkit contains a first set of common instruments, rules and basic guidelines for all partners.

Gender equality audit tool (opens in new window)

The gender equality audit tool contains guidelines to conduct a gender analysis covering the three main substantive areas of a GEII (HRM, decision making and R&I/HE content).

Comparative analytical report, practitioners brief and policy brief (opens in new window)

The comparative analytical report discusses the evaluation results of TARGET D52 referring to the current state of the art of research on GEP implementation A specific focus lies on the relevance of different cultural contexts The practitioners brief represents an executive summary of the comparative evaluation report for wide dissemination in order to summarise lessons learnt and highlight specific good practices implemented under TARGET GEPs The Policy Brief contains general recommendations for RPOs and RFOs in the Mediterranean region based on TARGET results and lessons learned The deliverable also contains the versions of the policy brief tailored by the National Change Agents to their county and policy context and translated into national languages

Initial customised GEPs/GES (opens in new window)

The deliverable contains the GEP for GEIIs and a GES for RMEI.

Project management plan (opens in new window)

The PMP includes guidelines for deliverables, presentation standards, time targets and information flow.

Documentation of co-creation workshop on evaluation of research proposals (opens in new window)

The international cocreation workshop on good practices in evaluation of research proposals including the integration of gender dimension in research content will be hosted by RIF and organised by IHS The report will include the presentations as well as a summary of the discussion

Guidelines to design customised GEPs (opens in new window)

The guidelines to design a customised GEP provide a step by step instruction for GEIIs to develop a GEP based on the results of the gender analysis.

Dissemination and Exploitation Toolkit incl. guidelines and tools for local events (opens in new window)

The initial version of the Dissemination and Exploitation Toolkit will be complemented by guidelines for national/regional dissemination events.

RFO study visit report (opens in new window)

The report will provide a summary of results of the RFO study visit to Austria which is planned for September 2021 If travel restrictions are sill in place the study visit will be organised in form of a webinar

Documentation of co-creation workshop on sexual harassment in R&I (opens in new window)

The international cocreation workshop on good practices regarding sexual harassment in RI will be hosted by UB and organised by IHS The report will contain the presentations and a summary of the discussion

Gender equality monitoring tool and guidelines for self-assessment (opens in new window)

The gender equality monitoring tool provides a set of key indicators focusing on the three substantive areas (HRM, decision making and R&I/HE content) as well as guidelines for self assessment. The deliverable will also specify for each GEII necessary adaptations of the general tool to meet the specific context and priorities of the GEP/GES.

Moving forwards – GEII strategy to sustain gender equality policy (opens in new window)

The deliverable contains for each GEII the strategy how to sustain GEPGES implementation beyond TARGET

RPO study visit report (opens in new window)

The deliverable will provide a summary of results of the RPO study visit to Spain which is planned for September 2021 If travel restrictions are sill in place the study visit will be organised as a webinar

Plan for the Exploitation and Dissemination of Results (opens in new window)

The PEDR summarises concrete dissemination activities during and after the project to guarantee sustainability of interventions at GEII level, to initiate a gender equality discourse at national or local level as well as to initiate an international and academic debate of TARGET results.

Open Access Publication (opens in new window)

In addition to the dissemination activities already mentioned in the DoA TARGET plans to discuss experiences with TARGET implementation in form of an edited volume open access and peer reviewed Currently first ideas for contributions are discussed and a publisher IntechOpen has been contacted All partners expressed interest in contribution to a common publication Some papers will be a cooperation between partners

The final version of the Dissemination and Exploitation Toolkit will also include guidelines for an institutional communication plan a social media and traditional media strategy and as strategy for knowledge management and protection
