Inventory of sustainable energy measures and strategies from trainees that are planned to be implemented after the chosen training verification

This is one of the elements that will ensure replicability of the learning program; Networks and universities will continue the promotion of the learning program beyond the duration of the project by making available learning materials, guidance for peer learning tools, and this inventory of trainers as well as inventory of sustainable energy measures.

PROSPECT Dissemination Strategy (Draft)

Draft version of the dissemination strategy to be developed with activities

Monitoring guidelines for the success of the learning programs

The leader is IEECP, but will be assisted by UPRC. IHS is responsible for the launching of the peer to peer learning itself and for the tendering process for the selection of additional trainers. The launching, guidance and certification will be also facilitated by the SB. ESV and S.ENERGIA will act as trainers for the Modules selected (public buildings, private buildings and public lighting) for the three years. The City of Trnava and S. Energia will also act as verifiers to the peer selection process and will assist via their feedbacks in the measurement of success of the peer to peer learning initiatives.

Key lessons from the final conference

The report will follow the final conference and include all project partners and main beneficiaries main findings and lessons learned.

Summary report on individual charter agreements

Final version of individual charter agreements

Experiences and showcases of successfully implemented learning programs

IEECP is leading the WP4 and is responsible for the monitoring of the peer to peer learning program, in terms of achievement of the individual trainee’s learning objectives, as well as controlling the practical outcomes of the learning program in terms of structures in the trainees and their development of financing schemes and will be assisted by UPRC.

Replication plan for city/region participants

The replication plan (peer-learning plan), developed against the PROSPECT benchmark, will allow for the exploration with the responsible technical and city experts on what worked well in each particular project-case so as to draw out replicable elements. Sustainability plan for the peer to peer learning program

The aim of this task is to ensure the viability of the learning program after the project’s end through a detailed and realistic sustainability plan, which will define a coherent strategy and an effective action plan for the further exploitation of the project’s main outcomes and for keeping alive the communication channels between the city-network members.
