The Technical Feasibility team obtained requirements from customers and partners on ease-of-deployment, ease-of-use, SaaS delivery, IPAM features, security/privacy challenges, and automation, for which baseline KPIs were identified. A pilot protocol was defined. Commercial Feasibility was assessed by a market study, including commercial objectives and sales strategy. A major finding is to focus on channel distribution instead of a reactive marketplace direct sales approach. Potential partners were identified in promising geographies, Germany, UK, France, Italy, and Spain, and the US and selected Asian countries. Review of Intellectual Property concerns and commercial risk assessment were also executed. Financial Feasibility was assessed projecting revenues, cost, margin and ROI for the first 5 years. Overall budget and refined sizing were calculated for each Phase 2 work package, reducing the total investment amount from initial estimations. Men & Mice’s financial status was revised, and financial risks and mitigating actions were identified.
