Technology, training and knowledge for Early-Warning / Early-Action led policing in fighting Organised Crime and Terrorism

Deliverables

Annotation Tool for the Law Enforcement Domain

Application including a web user interface allowing the integration of multiple thesauri and ontologies for efficient expert initial annotation of documents and feedback to the machine learning process continuous model creation

Dissemination material

This deliverable will summarise the variety of publicity materials developed by the partners the consortium will leverage this content across various channels egpress realeases newsletters articles flyers presentations at thirdparty events webminars etc

Project Website

Project website to promote COPKIT project and disseminate its findings. The site is a dissemination tool providing public access to general information on the project and to its public deliverables and presentations. It will also have a restricted part for exchanging internal project information between partners and authorized users.

Standardization Opportunities and action plan

This report describes the potential for standardization certification or inclusion in community best practices of the various expected outcomes of the project methods processes software If on the basis of our research for this report it seem there is potential for a standard or certification or whatever the partners will propose a set of actions that should be taken to initiate the standardisation process

Assessment on the maturity of COPKIT

This deliverable will report the evaluation and the assessment of the results originating from all pilots conducted and to prepare a final report including the assessment on the maturity of COPKIT

Communications plan

Plan to generate greater awareness in the media and among the public about why intelligence-led policing is beneficial to public safety and security and is costeffective at a time of tight budgets.

Dissemination and exploitation plan v1

First version of the targeted dissemination and exploitation plan (DEP). Plan detailing activities to realise and support wide take-up of the project’s results by targeted stakeholders during and after the project, with the purpose of creating added value from the project’s activities and outputs.

Dissemination and exploitation plan v2

Final version of the targeted dissemination and exploitation plan DEP Plan detailing activities to realise and support wide takeup of the projects results by targeted stakeholders during and after the project with the purpose of creating added value from the projects activities and outputs
