Ecosystem building strategy

D1.3: Ecosystem building strategy: The strategy will aim to build a strong network within and between the hubs. The latter will outline the focus, target audiences and key actions for developing a sustainable innovation ecosystem across European regions beyond the project’s timeframe. It will encompass a sustainability plan to define the legal status of the network after the project. (Leader: S&P, M06, R, CO)

DIH Capability Maturity Model

D4.2: DIH Capability Maturity Model: Report on the update Model based on the needs assessment of D4.1. (Leader: TNO, M08, R, PU)

Interaction with DIH Networks for open call preparation

D2.3: Interaction with DIH Networks for open call preparation: Report on DIH feedback in preparation of the open calls that can be tailored according to the needs, specifically in terms of match making and funding of interested third parties, enabling a high leveraging effect on other sources of funding, in particular regional and national funding. (Leader: PNO SP, M12, R, PU)

IE guidelines (or protocols, or procedures)

Communication & dissemination strategy

D1.2: Communication & dissemination strategy: The strategy will detail the approach towards connecting DIHs, raising awareness about innovation experiments, and fostering knowledge and practice sharing in-between DIHs. Together with other WPs, WP1 will define the purpose of the communication strategy (goals, key messages, instruments and channels), identify relevant activities towards reaching the goals (including social media), select the most appropriate tools and determine milestones and timelines for each activity. The communication plan will further detail the objectives and activities for the external communication. The latter may be translated into different languages based on the DIHs’ needs and own initiative. (Leader: S&P, M04, R, PU)

Identification of existing CCs for DIH and IE

D5.2: Identification of existing CCs for DIH and IE: This report will present existing competence centers, in order to ease the operations of DIHs and IEs. It will be at the early stage of the project; however, it will be continuously updated on the platform, developed in the course of WP1. (Leader: UAL, M06, M18, R, PU)

Stocktake of potential regional and national public/private funds for Agri-Food DIHs

D2.4: Stocktake of potential regional and national public/private funds for Agri-Food DIHs: Tool based stocktaking to facilitate and improve the matchmaking between organizations and specifically SMEs and investors as well as to better communicate the financial needs of an organization/SME in specific lifecycle stages.
