will describe the Citizen Engagement Strategy and deployment plan for each city governance purpose key actors and roles segments and target groups communication

Circular Principles & Indicators

A guidebook disseminating the circular material KPIs developed in T3.1. This will include: an introduction to circular urban metabolism assessment and management; circular materials: what are they and how are they indexed; (3) methodologies for circular materials flow analyses and management.

Cities’ Circular Action Plans

resources for individuals, citizens’ associations, municipalities and other agencies in their transition towards regenerative cities through the adoption of CE practices.

Multi-Platform Digital Resources and Structured Learning Courses

online resources and short courses to support deeper learning

Communication and Dissemination Activities Report

will describe the communication activities as well as the scientific dissemination and clustering activities carried out during the project

Urban Metabolism - Initial Assessment

Resource flow assessment for cities in the form of a report This report will include urban metabolism assessments of each of the pilot cities initial circular material resource management use cases case studies of the selected use cases will be aligned to the flow analyses

City Ecosystem Design

will illustrate the blueprint of economic loop models for each specific city resource stream textiles packaging wood plastics water agrifood housing and electricity The design is the result of the analysis and elaboration of information concerning logistics system stakeholders governance and business models

The REFLOW Framework

publication to enable agency and participation of municipalities SMEs and citizens associations in the development of CE practices and governance It will include the environmental social and economic performance indicators identified

Urban Metabolism Strategy Final Report

Circular material and urban metabolism strategy evaluation final report This report will include 1 comparative analyses of biobased feedstock vs technical waste streams where relevant 2 life cycle analyses for a few demonstrative circular material flows that have been locally developed in pilots inclusive of value add andor saved analyses of key intervention points 3 a calculation of the impact each intervention has had and an articulation of what could happen in a city should this type of intervention scale 4 barriers to monitoring resource flows and products and interventions and in assessing their impacts The release of this report will be done via four public dissemination events will be held with key stakeholders across industry

Co-Production Practices in Pilot Cities

report summarising and validating new CE production and the technological infrastructure within REFLOW, including the description of the possible outcomes around the adoption of CE practices in the pilot cities.

Growing Map of City Production Capacity and Material Flows

will provides a wide and comprehensive scenario of the six cities’ material flows (Amsterdam, Paris, Berlin, Milan, Velje, and Cluj Napoca) through collection and analysis of data on materials, making use of open data/patterns, and virtualization of flows within the urban and peri-urban ecosystems.

The REFLOW Handbook

A collection of toolkits focusing on urban regeneration.

Capacity Building Toolkit

capacity building toolkit for SMEs, policy makers, NGOs and educationalists to identify, promote, adopt or scale the most promising regenerative and circular practices

REFLOW Collaborative Governance Toolkit v.1.0

Second version of the Toolkit, adapted to the needs of the pilot cities.

REFLOW Collaborative Governance Toolkit v.1.1

Final version of the Toolkit.

Design and Development of REST API Application and Pub/Sub Interfaces

will deliver a production ready REST API interfacing all components providing server-side federated access to information, hiding the complexity of data storage and analytics while facilitating the development of mobile applications and dashboards.

REFLOW Collaborative Governance Toolkit (beta)

First version of the Toolkit including a review of existing bottom-up urban governance practices.

Implementation of Portable Cryptographic Functions

will provide ad-hoc cryptographic schemes implementing implicit certificates and attribute authentication models for privacy by design and end-to-end encryption.

Multi-Platform Release of REFLOW OS for Cloud and Embedded Infrastructure

will deliver an installable Operating System running both on embedded decides and cloud infrastructure, complete with a Continuous Integration system to facilitate community maintenance.

REFLOW Graphical Interfaces for Mobile Clients and Dashboards

will provide a white label framework for the development and customisation of a multiplicity of mobile clients and dashboards to be adopted by each specific pilot.

REFLOW Pilot Applications

will describe all systemic solutions (e.g., applications, tools, prototypes, demonstrators) co-designed, tested and implemented in the six pilot cities. Each solution will embed CE principles to produce the regeneration of urban loops in terms of optimisation of flows and less consumption of resources. Each solution will be open source: documentation will be provided so that interested private/public organisations can easily replicate and adopt it.

Data Management Plan

will describe the research data generated in the project and how they will be published.
