A review of evidence papers and science education and outreach programmes to provide the theoretical background and rationale for Our Space and to inform delivery and evaluation strategy.
Published report summarising all results for sharing with consortium and proposed for academic publication
As D2.1 is a Literature Review that focusses on aspects of space science education that are specifically relevant for Our Space Our Future evaluation and toolkit development, it remains as the best version for the directing the project tasks in WP2 and WP5. Input from the wider consortium and advice from the international stakeholder group, has increased our knowledge and we would like to provide an additional deliverable which will be a publicly accessible update to the Literature Review. This will also accommodate a wider research of other EU funded space education projects, inclusion of wider, relevant learning from the arts education community and consideration of research by Education and Employers, the Careers and Enterprise Company and other repositories for relevant source material.
Conducted by researcher in partner schools in each country to obtain benchmarking data on all five evaluation criteria as defined in Task 5.2
The final report will also be applicable as a guide for future events and projects as it will be detailed in terms of preparations outcomes and recommendations
