The videos will be aimed at conveying clear and simple but science-based messages on the aspects of bioenergy that are frequently questioned and debated such as: biomass availability and ILUC (i); carbon balance of bioenergy (ii), biofuels and electro-mobility (iii), socio-economic impacts of advanced bioenergy (iv). The concepts will be elaborated by the Consortium and subject to approval by the Platform (M 18; D5.5) Final addition of new fact sheets 6 new fact sheets will be produced by the project D32 D34 ETIPBSABS 2 will also check fact sheets published by others like IEA Bioenergy f3 etc and provide links through the ETIP Bioenergy website BE2020 will lead this task supported by RISE FNR ETA and INCE BE2020 and RISE will work on technological fact sheets and FNR ETA and INCE will support this activity and work on the country or regional fact sheets Basic supporting materials The following basic materials will be provided (D5.4): • a project brochure (available both as printed – at least 2.000 copies - and digital version) for letting wide public know about the project will be conceived; • project roll-up to be used at project workshops, conferences and events organized or co-organized by the consortium; • specific templates (i.e. a PowerPoint for dissemination events, a template for reports, a poster template) will be designed according to the ETIP Bioenergy Platform visual identity. • An ETIP Bioenergy Platform media kit will be prepared to ease the communication with media partners during the project. It will include, in a short and easy-to-read way, useful information on ETIP-B-SABS 2 project for media partners, such as: mission; available digital tools, contents and interactions; events – no. of speakers and participants; newsletters and press releases; stakeholders engagement activities, etc. It will be updated in its main figures (MS5.1). Mid-term addition of new fact sheets 6 new fact sheets will be produced by the project (D3.2; D3.4). ETIP-B-SABS 2 will also check fact sheets published by others like IEA Bioenergy, f3 etc. and provide links through the ETIP Bioenergy website. Documents, reports (11) Mid-term wiki collaboration platform activity summary Brief information on further developed state-of-the-art decision support wiki platform including content for up to four state-of-the-art overviews will be presented by RISE at mid-term. Joint mid-term report about ETIP-Bioenergy support activities FNR supported by BE2020 will collect inputs made at SC and CG level (Task 2.1), WG level (Task 2.2) and through workshops organized in Task 4.2 and 4.3 and at larger stakeholders’ meetings (Task 4.4) and provide these inputs to DG-RTD etc. on a regular basis. Work will result in updated versions of the current policy documents and reported in D2.1 at project mid-term. Mid-term status information of database The existing ETIP Bioenergy website includes a series of databases which will be further maintained and updated. To do so, all partners will forward new information on R&I project grants, scientific publications, project reports, conferences, demonstration facilities, and deployment measures to the project team. New items will be added and existing entries updated when necessary. Information about the status of the whole database will be provided by BE2020 at mid-term. Summary Technical Workshop 1 technical & policy workshop will be organized (by M18), as a side event of the European Biomass Conference and Exhibition (EUBCE), held annually in a prominent European city and gathering experts from the academy and market sectors dealing with biomass full value-chain (from feedstocks, through RTD and technologies, till final products, processes and services). Results will be reported to the SC and WGs and shortly summarized.
