Specification of evolved Wireless TCMS

Report containing an evolved specification of the wireless TCMS to include the latest findings, and developments in for the WLCN, WLTB and T2G. For the latter, the interface to the ACS of IP2 TD2.1 will be included. This document should be disseminated with the IEC TC9 WG43 standardisation group.
