Renforcer la capacité d’innovation des PME dans l’État libre de Saxe
L’État libre de Saxe, en Allemagne, est un nouveau moteur de croissance régional dans l’Union européenne. Le projet EEN SACHSEN, financé par l’UE, contribuera à la croissance intelligente de la région en améliorant l’efficacité et l’efficience des investissements dans la recherche, le développement et l’innovation et en reliant les PME le long de la chaîne d’innovation. Le projet fournira six paquets de gestion des comptes clés aux bénéficiaires des programmes instrument PME, Fast Track to Innovation et Future and Emerging Technologies – Open d’Horizon 2020, en les aidant à identifier les lacunes au niveau de la gestion de l’innovation. Le projet fournira également 11 services de renforcement des capacités de gestion de l’innovation aux PME menant d’importantes activités d’innovation et présentant un potentiel d’internationalisation qui ne peuvent accéder à des services de conseil en matière de gestion de l’innovation.
Objectif
The aim of the present proposal is to contribute to the smart growth in the Free State Saxony as an emerging region in the
European Union by increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of investments in research, development and innovation and
by contributing to a better and more efficient connection of actors along the innovation chain.
To achieve the above mentioned objectives the proposed project will:
a) Identify bottlenecks to the creation of economic impact in companies benefitting from grants from the European Innovation Council regarding Horizon2020's SME instrument and address these bottlenecks with the help of capable coaches. This service to beneficiaries of the SME instrument, Fast Track to Innovation and Future Emerging Technologies open, respectively, in the context of a given project is called “Key account management”' (KAM).
b) Increase the efficiency and effectiveness of innovation processes in small and medium sized enterprises with significant
innovation activities that could potentially become beneficiaries of European support to research and innovation but would
not have effective access to consulting services for innovation management. This service, which will be provided
independently from a specific innovation project and focussing on a company's innovation management system, is called
“Enhancing the innovation management capacity of SMEs” (EIMC).
The project targets at the delivery of in total 17 service packages, 6 KAM and 11 EIMC services, in the
geographical area of the Free State Saxony (Germany).
