The tool design will its use either online in the project web portal, or offline as an excel based tool, by the trainees of the E&T programme and all interested stakeholders/energy professionals.
The M&V tool will provide the framework for energy data collection, establish independent variables for wide range of facilities, prepare and implement the algorithm for setting the baseline period and energy consumption, set the M&V energy saving formulation, set up principles and rules for M&V implementation costs and define operational and verification issues for M&V. The tool will enable Energy professionals to gain trust of the available M&V tools, examine scenarios and take decisions on Energy Performance Contracting and maintain persistent energy and monetary savings.
