Tools to upload energy readings

This Deliverable includes the release of the two built-in tools for the users to manually upload energy readings, namely the Data Uploader and the Manual Logger

Training handbook

Training handbook translated in all partner languages, first edition to be submitted by M11, updated versions follow the corresponding of D3.1 and will be submitted by M20, M27 and the final version by M32

Certification schemes/training methodologies

Report on current certification schemes for energy managers and auditors in partner countries and Europe, and on existing training programmes and methods

Funding mechanisms

Report on current and potentially improved funding mechanisms and best practices for energy efficiency in SMEs

Program design

Common E&T program description; including learning outcomes, ECTS, delivery modes, assessment methods, evaluation procedures and course contents. First adition to be submitted by M10, updated versions by M19 and M26

Pilot sites selection

Pilot SME sites selection. Transparent report with applied selection criteria, short description of selected sites, motivation and engagement.

Framework analysis report

Report on the current and potentially improved framework relating to energy efficiency in industry, energy managers, auditors and ESCOs.

Monitoring & Targeting (M&T) tool for energy analytics

This Deliverable includes the development of the Monitoring and Targeting (M&T) tools to be used with or without specific facility retrofits in order to “keep operations efficient”, and to “monitor utility costs”. The tool design will its use either online in the project web portal, or offline as an excel based tool, by the trainees of the E&T programme and all interested stakeholders/energy professionals.

Measurement & Verification tool (M&V)

The M&V tool will provide the framework for energy data collection, establish independent variables for wide range of facilities, prepare and implement the algorithm for setting the baseline period and energy consumption, set the M&V energy saving formulation, set up principles and rules for M&V implementation costs and define operational and verification issues for M&V. The tool will enable Energy professionals to gain trust of the available M&V tools, examine scenarios and take decisions on Energy Performance Contracting and maintain persistent energy and monetary savings.

Web platform and portal release

SMEmPower Efficiency platform and portal release with free access to Energy professionals and public. The release of the portal will be by M9 while the platform will be released by M15
