Service Stakeholder Communications Strategic Plan (3)

Analyses the current and future service portfolio and makes recommendations for the effective communication of this portfolio across all stakeholder (internal and external) groups. Identifies the key communications goals and methodologies needed on a service-by-service basis in order to maximise outreach and uptake. The plan will be revised (D2.4 M18 and D2.6 M30) in the light of new service developments and experience from the implementation of the strategy.

Project Communications Strategy and Plan (1)

Defines the project’s communications strategy; identifies, with input from the other WPs, the emphases and priorities (channels, stakeholders, services, etc.); and plans the activities and outputs accordingly.

Engagement Activity and Plan

A practical working document, updated annually with milestones, which describes outreach activities towards all GÉANT’s stakeholders, including event organisation and attendance, participation in international events, fora or symposia to disseminate the value of the NRENs and e-infrastructures at large and their contribution to the Open Science principles.

Summary of Security Training and Awareness Campaign Materials

his report will identify the existing training and awareness materials available to NRENs covering security and detail gaps where further material could be developed

GÉANT Community Requirements for Business Continuity Planning

A report detailing the needs of NRENs and their constituencies regarding continuity planning.

Automation and Orchestration of Services in the GÉANT Community

Workshop outcomes and component market analysis results leading to the chosen direction and use cases for future work within the project.

Compendium Report (1)

An overview of NRENs, populated by the community providing key trends and a reference site for NRENs and the wider community.

Network Technology Evolution Report

Evaluation reporting, and applicability of technologies to NREN environments.

GÉANT Community Requirements for Crisis Management

A report detailing the needs of NRENs and their constituencies regarding crisis management.

White Box Evaluation

Network OS first analysis, exemplar NREN use cases, feasibility, usage tests, first results.

Security Baseline for NRENs

Based on international standards and best practices. A document describing a baseline that can be used by NRENs and other educational institutions to measure the security readiness and maturity.
