Call text and announcement launched in collaboration with WP1 2 Calls will address topics related to the six EJP expected impacts Topics are proposed to be based on both i predefined topics and ii knowledge gathered by projects of 1st and 2nd calls

Roadmap for soil research in Europe

The roadmap will include i an overview on the current state of affairs including knowledge gaps ii stakeholder needs related to development sharing transfer harmonization organisation storage and application of knowledge iii prioritization of the knowledge needs

1st Summary report on policy needs identified

Outcomes of the analysis of needs and barriers and 1st Policy Forum will be evaluated and synthesised into a topic list of a priority information research synthesis and knowledge needs expression of needs by different policy stakeholders b priority needs for new research c priority needs for an enhanced access to available results and knowledge by different policy stakeholders

2nd Call text and guidelines for applicants

Proposal of methodological development for the LUCAS programme in accordance with national monitoring programmes

In conjunction with the JRC the LUCAS Soil Database development will be facilitated through synergizing LUCAS and national strategies of sampling for agricultural soil monitoring The shared strategy will avoid overlapping with national monitoring and may also suggest new sampling points and new measurements
