Deliverables

D8.1 FNS-Cloud Charter

A strategic position paper based on the fundamentals analysed in Tasks 81 82 and 83 signed off by the General Assembly as the basis for a sustainable entity

D2.1 Definition of data models and APIs

The deliverable will contain a map of food data areas For each FNS data area data model entities and attributes and APIs signatures parameters and result will be described

User requirements specifications for concentration and consumption data sources, matching tool, simple analysis, and MRCA app(s), low contamination shopping advisor mobile app (low-end user) and food and mixtures apps (high-end user).

Report and open source code for data pre-processing, curation and annotation, matching, analysis and visualisation extended methods will be published on a development platform (e.g., GitHub). FNS ontology will be published on the NCBO BioPortal.
