The first video content management platform integrated with machine learning to centralize, organize and collect data from marketing videos

Project description

Platform to make video content management more efficient

Video marketing is becoming more popular as online video consumption continues to grow exponentially. However, this exploding demand requires solutions so that companies and organisations can more effectively organise and manage their online video content. The EU-funded VIDMIZER project will deliver an all-in-one video content management platform to edit, store, host and distribute online videos. Analytical and tracking tools will let publishers know how successful their videos were, and end users will receive information in real time on a video campaign’s tangible and possible impact. Minimising the time needed to manage video content should boost marketing teams' productivity.

Objective

Video marketing is one of the most popular strategies for marketers today. With the growing popularity of social media and increased streaming capacities of the network the time spent watching on-line videos is reaching record numbers and is not predicted to decrease. Video will account for 80% of internet traffic by 2021 with nearly 50% of internet users looking for videos related to a product or service before visiting a store. With these numbers, marketers possess an attractive, versatile, and extremely shareable medium to reach their audiences. However, this increasing demand for online videos has led to a need for more efficient video content management solutions that could enable companies and organizations to better organize, manage, host and distribute online their videos. VideoEngage provides the first all-in-one video content management platform allowing users to edit, collaborate, store, host and distribute online videos. Delivered with integrated Artificial Intelligence, VideoEngage comes with a set of analytical and tracking tools to give publishers insights into the success of their videos, providing end-users with real time information on the actual and potential impact of a video campaign for improved companies’ return on investment. VIDMIZER is expected to save 20 times marketing teams’ productivity by diminishing time spent on video management. For us, this is a strategic project. We expect from its commercialization to provide an accumulated profit of €20.7 million by 2024 (ROI of 5.48) and foresee to create 34.5 new jobs.
