Deliverables

1st year Dissemination Report (opens in new window)

This 1st year will take inputs from the other tasks in the work package and give a report on all the dissemination work carried out. This will include a table of KPI’s as set out in the CASP to identify dissemination goals and objectives and how they have been achieved with reference to what was planned

Project Advisory Board (opens in new window)

STP will manage the engagement with the SAMMBA project’s advisory board, which will include representatives from various stakeholder groups including local government from potential sites, industry (launch service providers) and other ongoing ESA and EC launcher projects and other relevant stakeholders to be identified in the CASP. The task will also create an engagement plan for the AB, including communication rules and procedures that will optimise their awareness of SAMMBA activities without unduly intruding on their other responsibilities. Within this task the partners will encourage AB members to test the SAMMBA concept and give their inputs regarding the technical and regulatory feasibility for the variable launches. For the potential customers the consortium will organise two workshops to increase the project’s impact by gathering feedback from potential users on the design solution and disseminating results to key stakeholders. The first workshop is planned at the project’s mid-term review (M18) in Brussels (to be confirmed) and should attract around 10 people. The second workshop is planned at the end of the project (M36) at EUCASS 2020 (to be confirmed) and should attract around 15 people. This will also serve as an opportunity to disseminate the projects results.

2nd year Dissemination Report (opens in new window)

Report of the updated form of the 1st dissemination report with the inputs from the partners covering a complete report of all the communication and dissemination work undertaken in the first two years

Base services User Manual (opens in new window)

The key paradigm change is that there will be in the future a user manual for minilauncher services consequently that launch complex will not be dedicated one launcher anymore The user manual describes the services performances and interfaces necessary for the launch services as a presentation for potential clients previous to contract

Dissemination set 2 (opens in new window)

Dissemination set 2 will be split into three sub tasksThe first will develop an investor presentationpackage as marketing material It can be shown to potential investors going forward It will help the consortium promote the project as business and develop an ISP and to appear as credible European project with the objective of becoming an active business in the futureThe second will be the production of offline tools including a roll up and an updated brochure to be shown at conferences at events identified in the CASPAs a third task SpaceTec will provide support to the project partners in producing scientific publications writing editing proof reading graphic design etc and will maintain a database of relevant journals and conferences a calendar of relevant events will be integrated in the project website The ResearchGate full openaccess platform dedicated to scientific dissemination will also be used to increase the projects visibility

Dissemination and communication Strategy Action Plan (opens in new window)

Communication Strategy and Action Plan (CSAP) describing the target audiences and segmentation, the key messages to be conveyed by the SAMMBA consortium members, the schedule and timing of the dissemination campaign, the various online/offline communication tools and materials to be developed and a strategy for ensuring the exploitation of project results during and after the close of the project. A key focus of this task will be describing how the project will implement concrete measures to ensure the project results are disseminated and exploited after the official close of the project. The dissemination strategy will focus on three key areas: scientific community, potential customers/investors and the general public. First, scientifically publishable results of the project will be submitted to various relevant international conferences for publication as papers, posters and / or presentations throughout the project. More significant results may be published as journal papers (peer-reviewed and / or non-peer-reviewed) or book chapters. A preliminary non-exhaustive list of possible targets for such dissemination includes for example the European Conference on Aerospace Sciences (EUCASS), the AIAA Space Conference, the AIAA Journal of Spacecraft and Rockets, etc

3rd Year dissemination report (opens in new window)

This task in report form will be an updated form of the 1st and 2nd dissemination report with the inputs from the partners covering a complete report of all the communication and dissemination work undertaken over the full course of the project
