Open-access IS_MIRRI21 CWE with advanced T&E courses offered

Report the implementation of a Specialization course including the structure and syllabus A transparent system with clear rules for call and selection process of the participants will be established and follow the QCQA procedures that the HEI have put in place for their accreditation systems

Report on results of survey conducted on CCs’ about the current status and presence of national nodes in European countries (identification of geographical gaps) and if the node is included on the national RI roadmap.

Report on the feasibility of the implementation of ISO 20387 in MIRRI partner mBRCs

The feasibility of implementing common standards eg ISO 9001 ISO 17025 ISO 20387 etc from MIRRI Partner Charter and MIRRI Policies will be examined The report developed by the ISMIRRI21 experts will compile a checklist with the requirements of this ISO 20387 standard The complete selfevaluation will be done visiting these mBRCs by a team of 2 experts From the result of the internal audits gap analysis for each mBRC audited will be reported Key issues will be listed and possible solutions discussed Report on achievements of two workshops on to present and explain the new ISO 203872018 standard for biobanks and how reach appropriate levels of harmonization quality management and the challenge of implementing quality management under given available capacity and budgets of the individual partner mBRCs

Report on the effect of implementing the MIRRI Policy and Best Practice on ABS on trust and use of mBRC services by stakeholders

Report of the results with recommendations to improve compliant services and foster trust from the team of ABS experts from the ISMIRRI21 mBRC partners after interviews of selected stakeholders about their experiences with deposit and ordering of materials from MIRRI mBRCs and the procedures that these collections use concerning ABS relevant data material transfer agreements etc

Outreach and Dissemination Activities report

Report of the activities implemented under D7.1, measuring their impact (based on the established KPI’s) and providing key information for the update of the strategy in D7.3.

Guidance document on implementing Biorisk management in MIRRI mBRCs

Together with the expert cluster the ISMIRRI21 partners will deliver a guidance document for the MIRRIERIC community and beyond that supplements the code of conduct and could for example help to clarify definitions to avoid the misconceptions that exist with regard to legal definitions or provide a more detailed guideline for risk assessment and developments in bioethics

Updated Outreach and Dissemination Strategy

Report describing the outcome of the project concerning the Outreach and Dissemination Strategy. An updated strategy will be presented

Report on modalities for the organisation of an advanced training course for users (selection criteria for trainings and trainees)

Report the “advanced training courses” or “summer schools” for users after compiled using the competences that the IS_MIRRI21 provides as a whole. The target public will be scientists as well as industrials and international organizations using mBRCs services. Report definition of criteria for the selection of trainees, agreement on fees, the production of a set 8 learning modules that can be some of the Units offered in the Specialized EuroMiRC course (see task 5.2). These modules will be supported also by at least 8 webinars related with the topic developed. A transparent system with clear rules for call and selection process of the participants will be established and reported. A system to evaluate trainees so that they can obtain a Continuous Professional Development (CPD) certificate will be put in place under a QC/QA scheme.
