Final report on Dissemination and Communication events and activities

The final report on Dissemination and Communication events and activities will include a relation of all the actions and activities undertaken by the Consortium and a detailed review of the main results and reached audience.

Pilot operation manual

This manual will set up the general framework for the pilot implementation and evaluation and will also establish a set of protocols that all partners should follow This manual will contain General description of the study design and the pilot composition Define the inclusion and exclusion criteria User recruitment methodology best practices Schedule of the user assessment along the pilot Summary of the minimum data to be collected etc

Project management and quality assurance manual

This deliverable will set the guidelines to keep track of the development and the quality of the individual WPs and the C4S project as a whole It will also include the guidance of the financial and administrative management of the consortium

Communication Style Guide on Inclusive Science Education

This deliverable will consist in a set of style guidelines when presenting science education activities from an inclusive standpoint. It aims to be a reference tool for other project with a science education approach, and also for communication professionals interested in providing an inclusive approach in science education.

Dissemination and Communication Plan

The Dissemination Plan will include the list of the communication tools and channels that the C4S project will use This will include also the main dissemination activities the main target audience groups as well as a calendar for the development of the Dissemination and Communication activities

Questionnaire design and implementation on RRI dimensions and Vulnerable Communities for Gap analysis and strategy

This deliverable will consist in the elaboration of a standardized questionnaire for the Consortium members that will help collecting reliable data and information about the RRI dimensions and vulnerable communities

Final report on Hub activities

This report will present a final overview of the global activities developed in the Hubs, that will include also a reflective analysis of the main actions and outcomes, and the impact of the activities upon the participants. It will also include an analysis of the potential transferability among partners and among other realities.

Protocol on role, functions and communication aspects of the Hubs Coordinator

This deliverable will consist in a set of guidelines setting the rules and internal organization of the Hubs coordination in order to make possible the setting of a common agenda of activities Also to ensure the knowledgetransference processes among Hubs This will also include a preliminary calendar of the internal activities to keep track of the periodicity of the bilateral or multilateral meetings with the Hub members and the general management structure and attributions required when coordinating the Hubs

White Book on Inclusive Science Education

This is the final publication of the White Book on Inclusive Science Education, elaborated with the aim to be used as a reference tool for other project on science education, that aim to take into consideration an inclusive approach.

Report on literature review

This report consists in the delivery of a basic set of readings related to the C4S topics and especially on the vulnerable communities It will be the result of establishing a set of common parameters agreed among the partners

Final Pilot analysis report

This report presents the results obtained from the full analysis of the data collected during the whole pilot, and also a detailed description of the main findings and outcomes.

International observatory guidelines and orientations

This deliverable will set up the orientations and guidelines to develop the contents, functions and presentation of the IOISE website (D5.4). These guidelines will be used to feed (in terms of content and expertise) the website. This will also include a calendar for the preparation of all the contents and sections.

Report on the setting up of the Advisory Board

This deliverable will report the conditions criteria and procedures of the AB members selection and their roles and reporting during the project life

International Observatory on Inclusive Science Education (IOISE)

This is the launching of a functional website, based on the guidelines describes in D2.2 that will provide useful tools, data and analysis for experts in science, science communication and educators for the promotion of inclusive science education. It will also provide tools and strategies to detect exclusionary practices in science, making thus possible to modify them in a more inclusive way. This website will also allocate the Bank of Images of Inclusive Science Education.

Data Management Plan

The Data Management Plan will be a document that will cover the entire data management life cycle even beyond the end of the project It will describe all the procedures and strategies to be issued in order to manage all the research data involved in the project confidentiality and privacy management anonymisation access rights legal compliance etc
