D81 will be delivered in M2 reporting the design and development of the HEIR website and visual identity The website aims to act as a powerful tool for boosting information flow between all entities involved Revisions regarding the usability of the website with respect to the enduser will be made in addition to updates with contribution of content by all consortium members

The Minimum Viable Product MVP of the HEIR solution will be delivered in M12 The demonstrator will be presented in a short report

The HEIR 2nd layer of services package, final version

D53 will be delivered in M18 and will include the final version of the 2nd layer of services package and specifically i the HEIR Observatory ii the HEIR global benchmark against which the RAMA scores of medical infrastructures will be compared and iii the subsystem for the 2nd global layer of visualization The demonstrator will be presented in a short report

D42 will be delivered in M18 and will include the 1st complete version of the 1st layer of services package and specifically i the novel HEIR Client ii the threat detection module and the services for the RAMA score calculations at different levels iii the toolset for the visualisation of the HEIR reported security levels incidents threats statistics etc and iv the novel HEIR Aggregators The demonstrator will be presented in a short report

The 1st complete prototype of the HEIR solution will be delivered in M18 The demonstrator will be presented in a short report

The HEIR facilitators package: MVP

The HEIR MVP will be delivered in M12 and will include a first version of i the tool for monitoring the underlying health systems and analysing in realtime the vulnerabilities of them ii the interactive subsystem for forensics analysis of the health systems iii the Novel machine learning models for anomaly detection and threat classification and iv the innovative HEIR collaborative framework which will incorporates modern blockchain technologiesThe demonstrator will be presented in a short report

In M18 a 1st complete version of the HEIR facilitators package will be delivered The demonstrator will be completed by a short report

Dissemination strategy and activities, stakeholders' engagement and business opportunities - P2

The final dissemination report will be reporting in detail i the communication and dissemination strategies and plans that will integrate the project specific information with the requirements of the various market segments through the exploitation of the dissemination channels ii the development of the necessary dissemination material iii various dissemination activities that will be carried out such as papers publication presentations in conferences news publishing newsletters writing etc and iv the networking and liaisons with technical domainspecific communities policy makers and local authorities

Assessment report and impact analysis

The deliverable describes the results of the HEIR trials and assesses the technological outcome of the project This report will be delivered in M36 and will include the analysis and the overall assessment and evaluation of HEIR framework from a usability and enduser point of view based on KPIs defined in Sect21 and updated in Task 21

Dissemination strategy and activities, stakeholders' engagement and business opportunities - P1

D86 will be delivered in M36 reporting i the analysis of the business planning activities and a finalized Business Model elaborating on any Intellectual Property Rights IPR aspects and revenue sharing models including an analysis of the potential revenue streams to validate the Return on Investment RoI plans and ii the activities ensuring longterm sustainability

HEIR training for experts and non-experts report

The report describes the training activities of the project carried out in task 86 as part of the sustainability management of the HEIR platform It will be delivered in M36 reporting the training sessions for the HEIR platform targeted mainly to nonIT experts in medical centres and hospitals ensuring project sustainability
