Objective

To set up a partnership to implement an open training system to assist small and medium enterprises.

Target group :
250 young people aged 17-23, the majority having not completed secondary education.

Activities :
Development of modules reflecting economic, technological and social change. Setting up a linking structure with firms in the Twente region to assist the entry of young people into the labour market.

Local partnership :
The sponsor foundation for the project is a partnership of national, regional, and local authorities, the social partners, firms, vocational training establishments, and the University of Twente.
