To promote the entry of young people, especially women, to supervisory and managerial employment.
Target group :
15 trainees, aged 19-25.
Activities :
Training courses in management with employers : use of modules in house, training videos. Development of management training modules for young people relating personal development and professional skills in management.
Sectors : medical, personnel management, new technologies, etc.
Local partnership :
Local firms in retail, distribution and industrial sectors, vocational training college, Chambers of Commerce.
