Objective
OBJECTIVES
In order to sustain and accompany structural changes in the agricultural industry, the project aims to produce a methodology which would allow the national systems of continuing vocational training to adapt to the new needs of the qualified work force and of companies. This methodology, as well as the new training content, will be developed in collaboration with different partners, such as operators and training managers, union representatives and branch professionals. This will help to facilitate the training and the employability of agricultural employees.
ACTIVITIES
The partners will define and analyse first of all the problems relative to the introduction of a qualified worker into an agricultural business, in the 4 participating countries. On the basis of this study, they will next put jointly into action, a method capable of diagnosing the training needs of small agricultural companies, and they will work on the adaptation of the training content. Finally they will create a system of training and of access to qualifying jobs.
