Objective
OBJECTIVES
Interior landscaping is now a recognised profession, requiring specialist skills, particularly in the corporate services sector. However, existing training courses have not been adapted to these changes. The aim of the project is therefore to improve the situation by setting up appropriate, adapted training courses and qualifications, and by promoting the flow of information between the various areas of the sector.
ACTIVITIES
An inventory of the current situation regarding the problem will be drawn up, the training needs of professionals will be identified and a reference work established, incorporating the common areas and the specific features of each country. On this basis, training modules will be devised jointly concerning techniques used in the profession, the skills relating to customer services/relations, autonomy/work organisation and language skills. A course structured around modules or capitalisable units covering the entire range of skills of the profession on a European level will be set up, and qualifications will be brought into line by means of a common validation system.
