Forcasting training needs and developing taylored training in dynamic industrial sector

Objective

OBJECTIVES
This project is focused on the technological changes which are being introduced in various industrial sectors with the aim of achieving quality control and production management increasingly by means of automation and robotisation. In order to facilitate the professional insertion of young graduates, the project aims to provide them with complementary training which will allow them to offer companies the technological innovations required for bringing about these changes.

ACTIVITIES
The project will be implemented in four phases. Firstly, the partners must analyse the skills necessary for setting up these robotic and automation systems in companies. Then, the training required to produce these innovations effectively must be identified. Vocational training modules will then be developed. An evaluation methodology will be implemented, enabling companies' skills requirements and the training offer designed to meet these requirements to be brought definitively into line. The project will be monitored continually.

PRODUCTS
Several training modules are to be created in different industrial sectors such as pneumatics, hydraulics, industrial mechanical engineering, electronic circuits, flexible automation systems etc.
