Objective
OBJECTIVES
The skills required in the food industry have changed owing to technological and economic developments and the associated changes in work organisation and production. Employees therefore need an in-company training programme adapted to this new work culture if the industry is to remain competitive. This project proposes to develop a better knowledge of these changes and the corresponding qualification requirements and to develop training programmes which will enable the social partners to reorganise continuing training in this sector.
ACTIVITIES
The partners will initially analyse the changes which have arisen in work organisation and production in the large companies of two sub-sectors of the food industry (chocolate and brewing). They will identify the new skills requirements, compare them with the existing training offer and pinpoint the best training practices already implemented in this sector. On the basis of their observations, they will develop training programmes adapted to the new skills required and will organise their distribution among social partners via seminars organised at a European level.

- Creation of a training programme responding to the new qualification requirements in the food industry (manuals).
