Objective
OBJECTIVES
The objective of this project is to create a continuing training system aimed at developing the skills of middle managers. It proposes more specifically to increase the skills required to carry out increasingly complex activities connected with the organisation of an integrated business. It is also intended to develop decision-making skills and the ability to promote learning techniques among individuals and work teams. In fact, the aim of the project is to introduce a new approach to middle management based on skills, management flexibility and the ability to learn on a continual basis.
ACTIVITIES
Initially, the functions and management methods of middle managers will be analysed and their staff interviewed. Then, a list of skills will be drawn up and a method prepared for learning while working. On this basis, a continuing training programme and accompanying teaching tools will be developed and introduced. Finally, the programme will be tested and the effectiveness of middle managers evaluated. Once the programme has been tested for several months in different companies it will be disseminated.
