Development of knowledge and skills of trade union. Enterprise joint committee members.

Objective

OBJECTIVES
The objective of the project is to provide members of the joint union/company committees with skills and methods to help them to understand the impact of changes in the organisational system on the nature of the professional qualifications required. on the one hand and the methods needed to promote continued development and up-dating of qualifications, on the other.

ACTIVITIES
The project will involve a comparative study relating to the work of the European joint committees. It will start a module designed to support and encourage professional qualifications amongst members of the joint committees. Later on, it will develop a training-action module which will be tried out in various contexts. These results will be evaluated. Finally, teaching tools will be defined and applied.
