Objective
OBJECTIVES
The internationalisation of the economy calls for new qualifications. Without qualified staff, the long-term success of companies is called into question. For this reason, the project is targeting a better grip on the whole triangle of Human resources, Technology, and Organisation, paying special attention to the growing integration of new technologies, quality assurance and key skills in the company.
ACTIVITIES
Once existing contents, methods and conditions in the field of professional training in the partner companies have been analysed, model training frameworks will be devised. A programme of continuing training for trainers will also be developed. The professional training modules which have been developed will be then tested in the machine construction companies of the partners, and followed by an evaluation of the results which will precede the transfer.
PRODUCTS
- International adaptation and harmonisation of training contents and methods.
- Common development of additional training contents and their methodological and didactic implementation.
- Training programmes for the instructors.
- Language and exchange programmes for the instructors and the apprentices.
