Objective
OBJECTIVES
This project will transfer and disseminate the results of a previous FORCE project "Training of people employed in rural areas" to companies and institutions in rural areas, and will further develop the materials already produced. It will therefore contribute to the improvement of: the management of training in SMEs; the quality of training advice available to companies; employees' levels of training; and the co-ordination of activities involving employers and employees in vocational training. The project will also generally contribute to the development of 'learning companies'.
ACTIVITIES
In a first stage, and in order to transfer products developed under FORCE, the project will test training materials in the area of management, training and consultancy with the project partners, and adapt these if necessary. It will also develop training for employees in partner-companies, and undertake a full evaluation of all activities. In a second stage, and in the area of dissemination, the project anticipates holding public seminars and symposiums, publishing results in magazines and professional journals, and making available products to interested companies.
RESULTS
The development of useful and user-friendly support materials for management, training and consultancy (for example: written supports and software relative to the management of training in companies, and to training consultancy).
