Objective
OBJECTIVES
The provision of continuing traditional training has given way to technological and other innovations, therefore it is difficult to change defined job descriptions. This is why the project aims to create new common job descriptions with distinct standards of quality for repair and maintenance in motor vehicle manufacture. Initial and continuing training modules will be developed which could be incorporated into the existing training provisions. These modules include distance training modules for the theory section and are suitable for practical training in teams.
ACTIVITIES
Initially, the initial and continuing training logistics for job descriptions in the branch of industry concerned will be developed. The training modules will then be developed and tested in practice. The key skills will be identified and transferred at this stage. Quality control and quality assurance standards will also be drawn up.
