Objective
OBJECTIVES
Apprenticeship represents a large but necessary budget for training a qualified workforce. This is nevertheless to the detriment of an unskilled population. This is why the project would like to develop training modules for companies using simulation. This means that unskilled individuals would be able to acquire the key skills needed to enter the labour market and would also improve companies' competitiveness.
ACTIVITIES
In order to do this, the partners wish to set up simulation of business exchanges between virtual companies. A guide will be produced which includes all the relevant information and business exchanges between the countries of the project. The effects of using information technologies in the simulation module will be analysed. The skills acquired by trainees having benefited from this module will be assessed. New skills created and assessed in this way will be incorporated into vocational training courses. Finally, the simulation tool will be distributed as an aid for developing companies' skills.
PRODUCTS
The project will be finalised by creating a guide which can be consulted on the Internet and which combines the information needed to use the business exchange simulation tool between virtual companies, instructions for using information technology and new opportunities emerging here and their effects on training, as well as instructions on integrating the vocational skills developed into an information technology environment.
