Objective
OBJECTIVES
In order to encourage young people to enter a labour market which is becoming increasingly difficult to enter, the project proposes adjusting the methods and content of initial training by encouraging transnational co-operation between training centres in order to compile a register of the most effective training methods. These will be refined and give rise to new training tools which will then be assessed and distributed more widely. These tools will be used for different groups: students, trainers, parents, career advisors and employers.
ACTIVITIES
The project will be implemented in three stages. The first stage is devoted to pooling advisory tools which already exist in the various countries, selecting the most effective, and drawing up a method of assessment. Secondly, the tools will be assessed by the various partners. Having refined the tools according to each country's needs, the partners will together develop an effective advisory product. The last stage will be devoted to writing a final report and producing a book on theory which includes elements of epistemology and a method of assessment to accompany the advisory products.
PRODUCTS
The project will produce an innovative advisory product for advice centres, a book on a method of assessing this product and finally a guide for assessing all the advisory products in each partner country.
