Objective

OBJECTIVES
The intention of the project is to set up new transnational training tools for young people in the industrial automation technologies, in the framework of initial and continuing vocational training. It also intends to collate and transfer teaching methods into a training network to increase quality and reduce over-diversification in schools. Lastly, it aims to incorporate the objectives of the quality process into the training programme, to develop language learning (English as the common language) in a context which is not solely a vocational one and to establish on-line data processing communication between the partners.

ACTIVITIES
During the first stage, the partners will produce educational tools and organise trainers' conferences and seminars to compare the teaching and learning methods being used. They will then run twinning programmes, establish contacts, compare and form Euroclasses working on common objectives which are themselves still to be defined. Lastly, the partnership will go ahead with student placements and exchanges. They will use computer, multimedia and on-line data processing tools for communication and distance training.

RESULTS
- A three party network for transferring information between initial vocational training, continuing vocational training and companies.
- A set of educational files.
- European awareness training amongst citizens.
