Objective
OBJECTIVES
To break down the barriers in the way of mutual recognition of training systems, and therefore the mobility of workers, the project has set itself several objectives. Firstly, the strong and weak points of the different training models will be analysed, and on-and-off-the-job training systems in particular. This analysis should result in a proposal to modify the legislation governing apprenticeships in Italy. A common itinerary for checking vocational skills and the mutual recognition of qualifications will then be developed, just like the planning and updating of training courses. The target group consists mainly of company trainers as well as school-related trainers.
ACTIVITIES
During the first year, job descriptions will be analysed at four general meetings and a series of more technical meetings in smaller groups. The second year will be dedicated to developing and producing planned products. The results will be distributed during the third year.
