Objective
OBJECTIVES
The partner countries have the same difficulties and needs in implementing modern apprenticeships, the main reason being that this type of training must respond to the needs of companies, young people, training centres and different economic sectors. The objective of this project is to improve the quality of vocational training and the integration of young people in working life by setting up a European network to develop a quality training tool.
ACTIVITIES
In a first phase, expertise will be exchanged between the three partners based on their current experience of modern apprenticeships. They will then develop a training tool, a quality standard framework to assist in the implementation of modern apprenticeships. This tool will be evaluated in each of the three partner countries in the Hotel and Catering and Retail and Distribution sectors. After evaluation, each partner will develop a dissemination programme at regional or national level.
PRODUCTS
The results of the project will be:
- Transnational training modules in the mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, travel and tourism, construction, printing, and hotel and catering sectors
- A guide book for the development of transnational training modules
