Objective
OBJECTIVES
The provision of training must correspond to demand. This link very often does not exist, and this is why this project intends to improve quality, the innovation aspect and the effectiveness of services offered by the trainers who work in the area of life-long learning. At the same time, it wishes to make life-long learning more attractive and for it to meet the concrete needs of companies.
ACTIVITIES
The training organisations of the three partner countries will produce training modules (open learning modules) in the form of distance training for trainers. Based on these modules, a trainers' training programme will be implemented in the three partner countries. Recently trained trainers will then train other trainers. When these processes have been assessed, the content of the modules and other materials will be defined.
PRODUCTS
- 5 trainers' training modules (subjects: training techniques, learning process concept, class control, quality of training and teaching methods).
- Manual for training trainers, manual for trainers in the area of life-long learning, video cassettes, software and a bibliography.
