Objective
OBJECTIVES
Tutors (or mentors/coaches) in business have very different professional profiles in different countries and different professional training systems. This study aims to promote the development of tutors' qualifications and to gain an understanding of how their training contributes to the qualifications of all the employees of a company. Consequently, the partners propose to contribute to the transnational development of an analysis network by creating an analysis framework common to the partner countries, and to bring new knowledge to the professional profiles of tutors in business, their practices and their to their training.
ACTIVITIES
Initially, each country will carry out a national survey of professional profiles, the practices and the training of tutors. Then, these studies will be correlated in order to identify good tutoring practices, in order to develop action plans and define a methodology for the transferability of practices recognised as being innovative. Following the piloting of the innovative initiatives, the most relevant of these will be retained in the form of a final survey/analysis report which will be of use to all the countries of the EU.
RESULTS
A common synthesis of national research, national reports on activities considered relevant and a final survey/analysis report, "Professional profiles, training and practices for business tutors" will be produced.
