Deliverables Open Research Data Pilot (1) Data Management Plan During the first 6 months of the project implementation the consortium will enter into an agreement managing Data Management Plan and intellectual property rights IPR principlesAll data generated during project mobility training activities mainly in the form of training materials will be subject to a transparent procedure of their collection management preservation and sharing Ownership of knowledge will belong to project partners institutions and follow their standards and rules All project results that are assigned a public dissemination level PU will be disseminated via an openaccess model Golden open access for all materials used for lectures seminars and summer schools will be used The workshop presentations will be only archived It is in line with the FAIR principle data findable accessible interoperable and reusable required in the Horizon 2020 and Horizon Europe programme Documents, reports (2) Survey 1 NGQP with mechanical oscillators & solid-state objects Survey 1 NonGaussian quantum physics NGQP with light and atoms will summarise knowledge obtained from training under WP1 at the partners labs supported by the intensive knowledge exchange at the workshops and summer schools in WP2 and broadened by conference attendance and expert visits in WP3 Collaboration on this survey with other WP leaders in this field is also expected The survey will be suitable as study material for the Master and PhD students and a detailed overview for experts outside this area Such survey do not yet exist It will be published and posted at arXiv quantph and used to disseminate knowledge transferred and concentrated at the coordinators institution Evolution of publications in high impact journals This indicator will measure the evolution compared to a reference period of three years prior to the signature of the grant agreement in of the peerreviewed publications in high impact journals in the top 10 impact ranked journals in the given research fields of the UP on averageThe value of this indicator will be specified to the Month 2 in compliance with the rules and it will be monitored continuously and reported in the Month 18 and Month 36 Other (2) Quantum Panels Organization of the first discussion Quantum Panel targeted to companies focused on photonics atom and electron optics and quantum technology and also to regional national and European RDI Policy MakersAt this discussion forum more than 20 participants will be targeted to intensify coordinate and focus the communication of quantum research teams at top Czech Universities UK Praha MU Brno UP Olomouc etc and Czech Academy of Sciences IF Praha ISI Brno etc toiRegional appliedresearch teams CEITEC Brno TU Ostrava TU Brno etciiRegional researchoriented companies eg Meopta Perov Delong Instruments Brno FEI Company Brno iiinational funding institutions Czech Science Foundation Technology Agency of the Czech Republic Ministry of Education Youth and Sport etc ivEU Quantum Technology Flagship and EU QuantEra representativesQuantum Panel will be organized every year of the NONGAUSS project period ie in total 3 events of this type Quantum Meetup Days Organization of the first dissemination event called Quantum Meetup Day for 40 talented students particularly of science orientation selected from high schools in the Olomouc region and as well excellent and motivated students invited from neighbouring regions Zln region Pardubice region North MoravianSilesian region and South Moravian region where primarily ESRs will transfer their experience and motivation to become scientistresearcherExisting contacts to highschool teachers of physics and mathematics will be explored to attract the best students for the meetups 5 excellent undergraduate students supervised by NONGAUSS team will present their lectures and transfer experience and motivation to study modern quantum physics and quantum technologyThe organization of Quantum Meetup Day is planned every year of the NONGAUSS project period ie in total 3 events of this type Websites, patent fillings, videos etc. (1) Project Webpage and internal blog During Month 2 the UP project team will open the project website with all information about the project An introductory part of the projects web page for a general audience popularising quantum physics and technology with applications it will be updated monthly for new worldleading achievementsThe purpose of the internal blog is opening a space for continuous improvements and new activities in NONGAUSS It will contain scientific part and a parts dedicated to management dissemination communication The blog will be open to all participants involved in the NONGAUSS implementation The Board and the UP project team will consider information from the blog at the meetings and use it for making the project implementation effective as much as possible Publications Peer reviewed
