Objective
The main goal of the project is to analyse the causes of the problem of exclusion at university and company level. More specifically, the partners will design and develop conceptual models/approaches and test them in pilot trials in companies.
These models will be designed to facilitate the use of training as a resource that can enable all individuals to seize the opportunities which will allow them to improve their place in society and achieve the goals to which they aspire. The research will be carried out in the following operational phases: research, design and definition; documents analysis; interviews with key experts; data collection.
Impact
Individuals ultimately benefiting from the training pioneered by this project will be in a position to improve their basic work skills and return to the labour market.
