Objective
Every individual has a different method of acquiring knowledge. But there are no instruments for identifying these methods, nor relevant psychological theories in this field.
The aim of this pilot project is therefore to develop a theoretical/empirical model for the use of neuroscience in the identification and design of appropriate tests relating to the biological and psychological factors that determine the way people learn. The tests will be developed for simple pencil and paper use. They will be tested and subsequently validated by the partners.
Impact
This project will have a profound impact on the way individuals learn in future and on the way trainers organise their training delivery with regard to the target audience.
