Objective
The area of quality management as a strategy and philosophy for revitalising companies is becoming increasingly important beyond national borders. The aim of this project is to develop and test learning modules for acquiring quality strategies within the context of Total Quality Management. In addition, quality assurance training modules will be drawn up in order to make error prevention measures more effective through the mastering of measuring and testing techniques during process monitoring.

The results and products of the project will comprise a catalogue of TQM content in initial vocational training, learning-objective catalogues geared to varying levels, learning modules for mastering TQM strategies, a learning unit with content concerning fuzzy technology in the area of quality assurance, databases on measuring and testing techniques as well as an evaluation of the learning modules in schools.
