Objective
The changes taking place in the world of work will also have an effect on the role of Training Working Centres (TWC) as it becomes more and more necessary to increase the collaboration between these training centres and the enterprises. Based on the Spanish TWC model, this project intends to promote a closer relationship between different types of training centres in different Member States in order to direct their activities more towards the real needs of the companies.
The major aim of this project is therefore to design training itineraries for enterprises following the TWC model based on an analysis of the needs of the companies to be identified through this project. Another feature is the development of a series of training modules to be exchanged between the different project partners and the establishment of a standardisation system in order to certify TWC on a European level and to promote the transparency of qualifications acquired in these training centres.
Impact
Creation of training itineraries in companies wich are better adapted to their skill needs and wich concern alternance-based initial vocational training.
