Objective
The aim of this project is to disseminate, transfer and generalise methodologies, products, results and needs-analysis tools aimed at companies and employees in the fruit-tree growing sector, as well as disseminating training programmes and tools tested during the FORCE ARBOSUD and EUROFORM projects. This distribution project will be promoted by a wide-ranging partnership (Austria, Spain, Italy, France) and will include companies, the social partners and training organisations/institutions. The project will:
- draw up methods, procedures and documents to be disseminated and transferred;
- disseminate and transfer training methods and materials to other sectors and institutions through the partners' networks;
- test/standardise methodologies and products resulting from further work;
- disseminate information through meetings and seminars at the end of the project.
The partners will design "general" products comprising five modules. These modules will include an explanation of training principles, methods and tools and will be available in Spanish, French, Italian and German:
- a technical needs and skills identification module;
- a training methodology module applying the concepts of "skills" and "training work";
- an evaluation module for key skills used after training;
- a training module for trainers and company management;
- a module defining national and European reference profiles for various staff positions.
Impact
"Useful, usable and used" validation and adaptation of methodological principles and products from the ARBOSUD and EUROFORM projects aimed at increasing company performance by identifying and responding to technical needs in companies and employee skill requirements. Refinement of practices initiated by the project.
