Objective
The aim of this project is to assess the viability of introducing training certificates in a range of working contexts, at national and European level.
The specific project objectives are to:
- provide partners with common ground for discussing transparency of certification arrangements;
- identify national indicators of certification transparency and quality (information supplied by employers and institutions responsible for providing certification);
- develop a set of minimum certification transparency standards;
- produce documents and tools to propagate the tested model of transparency standards amongst training/certification providers and businesses.
Impact
The project will develop effective links between initial training, continuing training and the labour market. It will also promote certification transparency at European level in view of increased European labour market mobility.
