Piloting of methods to enable young disabled people to enter the labour market

Objective

This project aims to mobilise resources with a view to improving vocational training provision, organisation and planning for disabled people. The objective is to create the conditions in which training activities for this target group can be judged to be a real success. The partners will focus on the following issues:
- training methodologies, learning strategies and motivation techniques for teachers and trainees;
- professional experience as an essential and dynamic means for building a career;
- socio-economic factors affecting the training process and labour market access.

The partners will design and develop integrated training activities and qualifications taking account of the above issues.

Impact
This project will improve qualification and training opportunities and will enable young disabled people to enter the labour market.
