Transfer of engineering of training measures for southern European countries

Objective

There are major disparities between vocational training models in northern and southern European countries and often, Mediterranean countries lack appropriate training structures and educational tools. This project is the result of three Italian enterprises coming together to create an independent structure called PROMETEO. It is the first initiative to structure training in Italy. The main goal of this inquiry is to determine, based on this structure, the methods of transferring engineering training in Greece, Spain and Portugal.

The approach will consist of the examination, evaluation and analysis of the PROMETEO initiative to determine recommendations for the transfer of engineering. The inquiry has been divided into six steps. The first step will be to create a pilot committee. The second step will involve creating a monograph on PROMETEO. The third and fourth steps will consist of the writing and analysis of a logbook. During the fifth phase, an information analysis and collection strategy chart will be drawn up. And the sixth step will be to create transfer scenarios based on interviews.

Impact
This pilot project will pave the way for a training network on a European scale for the sector of industrial cleaning.
