Objective
This project aims to improve the quality and innovation capacity of Member States' training systems through the creation of a network for the transfer of best practice in the fields of apprenticeship, training mobility, exchanges of trainers and innovative training programmes.
In the first phase, the partners will agree on their operational procedures and communication arrangements. Simple protocols will be drawn up in the form of a 'network manual'. The partners will then produce a document/guide on best apprenticeship practices, in English, French and Spanish. This will be designed in a way that ensures it can be regularly up-dated. It will then be disseminated, and efforts will be made to recruit new members to the network. Once the network has been consolidated, joint initiatives will be undertaken to promote innovation in European apprenticeship, the mobility of apprentices and educators, innovative pilot projects and training certification.
Impact
Companies will benefit from improvements in the quality of training, insofar as it will be tailored to their needs.
