Objective
Objectives: Providing a focal point in the ASEAN region for European collaboration with similar intergovernmental or regional organisation initiatives. Dissemination of documentation and information of RUE and RES technologies in the ASEAN region including information on EU energy policy and technology issues. Assessing RES and RUE potentials with focus on Malaysia and Thailand and encouraging the ASEAN energy market actors to utilise clean and efficient energy. Co-ordinating, promoting and assisting Framework Programme non nuclear energy RTD technology developers and suppliers in identifying new ASEAN markets.
